Man in stand-off violated protection order, threatened woman, her son with gun, Syracuse police say

Syracuse, N.Y. — A 36-year-old man who barricaded himself inside a Syracuse home Monday violated an order of protection and threatened a woman and her son with a gun, police said.
Kendell Johns was charged with third-degree criminal possession of weapon, second-degree menacing, second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
